USE OF GRANT FUNDS
Recipients of the Legacy Grant must use the awarded funds exclusively for legitimate business purposes. These purposes should directly support the growth, development, or operation of the recipient’s business. In addition to these approved uses, the Legacy Grant cannot, under any circumstances, be used for the following: Personal Expenses or Illegal Activities.
OBLIGATIONS OF THE WINNER
The winner agrees to provide updates on the use of the Grant funds, including a brief report within six months after receiving the award sent via email.
The winner grants Coach K LLC the right to use their name, likeness, and business details for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, email marketing, and website features.
LIABILITY LIMITATIONS
Coach K LLC is not responsible for any technical difficulties, interruptions, or malfunctions that may occur during the application process. This includes, but is not limited to, issues related to website downtime, server errors, delayed submissions, lost data, or any other technical problems beyond our control. Additionally, Coach K LLC is not liable for any human errors, including but not limited to miscommunications, incorrect information, or administrative mistakes that may affect an applicant’s experience or submission.
By submitting an application for the Legacy Grant, applicants acknowledge and agree to release Coach K LLC and its affiliates from any and all liability arising from their participation in the Grant program. This release includes, but is not limited to, claims related to lost opportunities, delays, or any other unforeseen circumstances that may impact an applicant’s ability to participate or be selected for the Grant.
Furthermore, Coach K LLC is not responsible for any third-party actions or technical platforms that may influence the application process, such as social media platforms, email service providers, or other communication systems used by applicants.
In no event shall Coach K LLC be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from participation in the Legacy Grant, including but not limited to loss of business, data, or profits, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION
By using TheLegacyGrant.com, you agree that any disputes, claims, or causes of action arising from or related to your use of the Site will be resolved through binding arbitration. Arbitration will take place in Louisville, Kentucky, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. All arbitration proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis and not as part of any class or representative action.
These Terms of Use will be governed and interpreted according to the laws of the state of Kentucky, without regard to any conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of Kentucky courts and to initiate any legal claims related to the Site or these Terms of Use in Jefferson County, Kentucky.
Nothing in this section prevents Coach K LLC from seeking injunctive or equitable relief through the courts for matters concerning data security, intellectual property rights, or unauthorized access to the Site.
OPPORTUNITIES FOR GRANTS, PROMOTIONS, AND GIVEAWAYS
From time to time, The Legacy Grant, Coach K LLC may offer contests, promotions, giveaways, or grant opportunities, including the Legacy Grant. These opportunities are open to individuals who are 18 years or older, are legal residents of the United States, and either own or are in the process of starting a business. Each contest or grant is unique and will have its own set of eligibility requirements, rules, and deadlines.
Winners or grant recipients will be selected solely by Coach K LLC based on the specific criteria for each program. In some instances, a random selection method may be employed to ensure impartiality. Before any award is issued, Coach K LLC reserves the right to confirm the eligibility and qualifications of the selected winner or recipient.
By entering a contest or grant program, participants agree to allow Coach K LLC to use their name, business name, and likeness for promotional purposes, such as announcing the winner and promoting future contests or grants.
By entering a contest or grant program, participants agree to allow Coach K LLC to communicate to them via email and phone about any other products, services or promotions that may be relevant to their business.
Participation in any contest or grant is limited to one entry per person or business per event. Coach K LLC is not obligated to run any specific contest, giveaway, or grant program and reserves the right to change or cancel any program at any time. All giveaways, contests, and promotions will be conducted in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
